Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be not be downloaded or a refund request must be made.

Compromised Resource File- A resource file is damaged or is missing content.
Misrepresentation- A resource preview and/or description misrepresents what is actually contained in the resource. (Requests are subject to review)
Duplicate Purchase— You purchase the same resource twice.
File Download Status— You purchased a resource but never downloaded the file.
