Help Steve and Alex save the village in this exciting Minecraft-inspired digital math escape room! The powerful Number Crystals have disappeared, and students must solve math challenges to recover them before nightfall.
As students journey through the Mine Cave, Forest Trail, Meadow Field, Snowy Mountain, and Redstone Ruins, they'll complete interactive puzzles and unlock clues while practicing essential 2nd grade math skills. This engaging adventure combines problem-solving, critical thinking, and math review into one unforgettable learning experience.
The Adventure
The village is in danger! Without the Number Crystals, the village fountain has stopped working and darkness is approaching. Students must travel across five Minecraft-inspired locations, solving math challenges to recover each crystal and restore the village before it's too late.

2nd Grade Math Skills Covered
Students will practice:
• Addition and subtraction within 100 using word problems
• Skip counting by 5s, 10s, and 100s
• Reading and writing numbers to 1,000
• Expanded form and standard form
• Comparing three-digit numbers using >, <, and =
• Counting money using coins
• Telling time to the nearest 5 minutes
• Even and odd numbers
• Measurement and comparing lengths
• Bar graphs and data interpretation
• Fractions (halves, thirds, and fourths)

How It Works
Students enter the digital escape room and click START to begin their quest.
As they progress through the adventure, students solve math puzzles and challenges to reveal clues and unlock the next location. Each completed challenge brings them one step closer to recovering the missing Number Crystals.
Most students complete the escape room in approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on ability level and whether they work independently or with partners.
